Inception

Inception is a thriller starring Leonardo DiCaprio whose job is to extract information from others dreams.  I won't get too into the story and spoil any of it for you, but I will tell you this is a great movie.

This movie was written and directed by Christopher Nolan, who also did Batman Begins and Dark Knight.  The story is probably the most creative and captivating of any film in the last ten years.  You do have to use your brain in this movie, but as long as you're ok with that you should enjoy this one.

Additionally, the cast in this movie is fantastic.  While most are not huge stars, other than DiCaprio, you've got some serious actors including Marion Cotillard, Ken Wantanabe, Ellen Page, Cillian Murphy, and even Michael Caine.  Even the actors I didn't name do a great job and just fit the movie exceptionally well.

This movie is extremely diverse and includes plenty of action, a love story, sci-fi moments, and anything else you can imagine.  Inception also has a fantastic score which was done by Hans Zimmer.

My final summary Inception after seeing it three times (once in the theatre) is that this is the best movie of the last ten years.  This movie hit me like the original Matrix when I saw that in the theatre way back when.  Do not miss this one, it's a great one!

ps: note the song playing when the dreamers need a "kick" it hearkens back to one of Cotillard's other films
